Workplace Services works with employers to offer a short-term counseling, assessment and referral service called an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Workplace Services. It is available to employees, their dependents and household members. Visits to the EAP do not require a co-pay and are separate from the behavioral health care benefits under your medical insurance.

Workplace Services refers to a wide variety of experienced and licensed behavioral health professionals to assist businesses in maintaining a healthy and productive workforce and workplace by providing:

• Adult, child, and family assessment and counseling through our Employee Assistance Program.
• Child and adolescent counseling at our Guhl Center for Children & Adolescents.
• Counseling and mediation for divorcing and blended families at the Samaritan Center for Changing Families.
