The Center accepts most major health insurance for medically necessary services, and will file for payment directly from the company if the client wishes or if that is a requirement by the company. Sometimes insurance imposes limitations about which therapist can be seen or how often sessions may occur. Most health insurance does not cover marriage and family counseling. When services are not covered by health insurance plans the Center charges a fee which is payable at the time of service.

The Center tries not to turn anyone away because of financial limitations, although the Center's resources for charity care are limited and do sometimes make it necessary to impose constraints.
